I’ve tried to install GitLab CE Omnibus Package following the guide of the Ubuntu 14.04 but in the second step, I get the error: Unable to locate package gitlab-ce.

To solve this problem you must install GitLab from sourcing, following the instructions of GibLab Community Edition – Installation from source.
