Me ha resultado realmente interesante el siguiente párrafo:

Este como en otros casos, no siempre el dinero dedicado es suficiente para finalizar con exito un proyecto, la implicación activa de todos los departamentos responsables de un entorno son imprescindibles para los casos de exito.
